Client Activity Log

The Logs tab of the client detail page is the chronological record of everything that happened to that client: who did what and when. It is useful for reconstructing a change or understanding where a value came from.

This feature requires a paid plan (Starter and above). See Subscription Plans.

Who sees it

The tab appears with the can_view_audit_logs permission. Admins always see it; for a team member the admin enables it in their card under Team.

Which events it records

The log gathers all the client’s relevant events:

Overdue episodes

An automatic sensor checks every client’s instalments once a day, with nothing to configure. When a client goes from zero to one or more overdue instalments, an overdue episode opens and the log shows Client overdue, with the detail “N overdue instalments, oldest X days” and a red triangle. When the overdue instalments are back to zero, the episode closes with Overdue settled (“All overdue instalments have been paid”, with a green banknote).

“Overdue instalment” means exactly what the Overdue badge on the Payments page means: status To Pay, not deleted, with the due day already over. While the episode stays open no duplicate rows are written; a new overdue after the settlement is a new episode, with its own row. These two entries appear here in the Log only, never in the Timeline.

If the agency is linked to the Ecosystem (GodAds), the opening and closing of an episode also travel to the linked platforms: that is what lets GodAds react to overdue payments on the campaigns side.

Filters and search

You can narrow the log with:

Each entry states who performed it (“by X”) or flags that it is a system (automatic) event.

Admins find the events of every client and lead, together with changes to services, templates, team and settings, in the agency Activity log.

Note

The log is paginated at 50 entries at a time: use Load more at the bottom to see older events.

Tip

The log is read-only: it records what happens but cannot be edited. Who can see the log is set by the member’s permissions. See Roles and Permissions.
