Agency Activity Log

The Activity log shows on a single page who on the team did what: a service updated, a contract template deleted, a client deleted, a follow-up done, a contract sent, a pause added. You find it in the menu, in the Admin group, below Settings and Approvals.

Plan required

This feature requires a paid plan (Starter and above, trial included). See Subscription Plans.

Who can see it

Only the agency’s Admins. A team member does not see the menu item and, if they open the page address, gets an access denied message. Each client’s Logs tab stays available with the can_view_audit_logs permission: see Client Activity Log.

What it records

Each row shows the item (with a link to its page while it exists), the author, the time and the details of the change, for example “Monthly Value: 500 → 600”. Columns without a readable name are counted as “other fields”. Several changes by the same person to the same item within ten minutes are merged into a single row, with the first and the last value.

Filters

Rows are grouped by day in the agency’s time zone. Use Load more at the bottom to see older ones.

Automatic actions

Reminders, sensors, webhooks and other system actions have no person as author and are hidden by default. Turn on Show automatic actions to see them with the others, or choose “Automatic actions” in the Member filter to see only those.

Actions by SalesControl Support

Sometimes SalesControl support needs to work inside your account, for example to fix a record or to check a problem you reported. It does so only with a recorded support session: whoever opens it must state the reason, the session stays tied to a single browser tab, and it closes when support leaves or after 2 hours of inactivity. Start, end and number of actions are kept in SalesControl’s internal log.

Everything support does in a session appears with the author SalesControl Support, here as well as in the client’s Logs tab, in the lead timeline and in notes. After its first action, the SalesControl Support entry appears in the Member filter to see only its actions. Support does not appear among the team members and does not take up a user seat.

Even in a support session, some actions remain the owner’s alone: deleting or exporting their own account data, editing or deleting the owner’s user, paying for or changing the subscription, linking a personal Google calendar.

What it does not record

Tip

The log is read-only: nobody, not even an admin, can edit it or delete a row.
