The “My team” dashboard
My team answers one question: how is the team doing. For every member, in the month you pick, you get the appointments they set and for which closer, the call outcomes, the recorded calls, the contracts closed with the conversion rate, the lead handoffs between closers and setters, and how punctual they are on follow-ups.
This feature requires a paid plan (Starter and above). See Subscription Plans.
Where it is and who sees it
In the sidebar, Team group, item My team. It is for admins and sales managers; everybody else gets “Sales managers only — Ask your admin to assign you a team”.
- A sales manager sees themselves and the members they manage, with nothing to choose.
- An admin gets a dropdown at the top: Whole team, or <name>’s team for each sales manager. The dropdown only appears when at least one sales manager exists.
Visibility always follows the team: there are no page settings to configure.
The period
Top right there is the month navigator, starting on the current month. Every number on the page refers to that month, read in the agency’s time zone: a late-evening call falls on the same day for everyone, wherever the person looking happens to be. The one exception is “overdue today”, which looks at today and not at the month you picked.
The four summary cards
- Appointments set — those of the month credited to a setter in the team.
- Calls done — the month’s appointments closed as done, with a closer from the team.
- Contracts closed — the count, with the total value underneath.
- Follow-ups overdue today — the team’s active leads whose next contact date has already passed.
The table, column by column
One row per member, with the Setter and Closer badges next to the name. Columns are per role: where a member does not hold that role you see a dash.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Appts set | The month’s appointments booked by that setter. |
| Calls done | The calls the closer ran and, next to it, how many ended in a no-show. |
| Recorded | How many calls were recorded and their average duration. |
| Contracts | Contracts closed in the month and their value. |
| Rate | Contracts closed divided by calls done in the month; a dash when there are no calls. |
| Handoffs | ↓ leads received from closers, ↑ leads handed to setters. |
| Follow-ups | Three numbers: on time / late / missed. |
| Overdue today | Active leads waiting to be contacted, in red when above zero. |
A member’s detail
Clicking a row opens it and shows up to three blocks, depending on the roles:
- Appointments by closer — who that setter sent the calls to, busiest closer first — and, underneath, the leads owned: active, converted, lost.
- Follow-ups in period — on time, late, missed and pending; below, the To contact (overdue) list with the first eight leads, each one clickable straight to its page.
- Call outcomes — done, lead no-show, closer no-show, cancelled, scheduled.
How things are counted
- Appointments set: credited to whoever owned the lead when the appointment was created. If the lead later moves to another setter, the credit does not move with it.
- Call outcomes: they come from the appointment status in the Agenda, whatever the source (booking, GHL, Google, manual entry).
- Recorded calls: only finished recordings, from any channel — bot, Chrome extension or phone (“Record call” from the lead card).
- Contracts closed: clients whose start date falls in the month, with that closer. The rate divides them by the calls done in the same month.
- Lead handoffs: taken from the lead log. ↓ counts the leads a closer handed back to that setter, ↑ the ones that closer handed over.
- Follow-ups: on time = note written in the file by the follow-up date; late = note written after it; missed = the date passed with no note; pending = the date is still ahead. A date rescheduled before it fell due does not count as missed: the setter moved it in time.
- Overdue today: leads still active whose next contact date has already passed.
The page is about work, not about money to pay out: no commission amounts, no mark-as-paid button. That lives in Commissions. There is no export either: the numbers are read on screen.
