Referral: Client Introduced by Another
When an existing client refers a new client to you, you can record the link at creation time. The referral program then credits whoever brought in the new client.
Plan required
This feature is available on the Professional plan and above. If you don’t see it in the app, check your plan in Subscription Plans.
How to link the referral
In the client form there is the Referred by (Referral) field: search for and select the existing client who made the referral. The new client then stays linked to whoever introduced them.
How the credit accrues
The referral credit follows your agency’s referral program rules (under Admin › Referral, available from the Pro plans up). Typically:
- the credit is generated on the new client’s first collection;
- it applies to the renewal of the client who made the referral;
- the referral discount appears on the affected installment.
