The Support AI Assistant
When you open the app’s support chat — on a computer the SalesControl Support bubble in the bottom-right corner, on a phone the Help button in the top header — the first reply no longer comes from a person: it comes from SalesControl AI, an assistant that knows these guides by heart and answers right away, at any hour.
Every reply carries the note “SalesControl AI answers based on the help center guides.” and cites the guides it used with clickable links: the source is always checkable.
The support live chat is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans (with priority on Enterprise), and is visible to agency admins. See Subscription Plans.
On mobile there is no bubble in the bottom-right corner: that corner belongs to the page buttons. The chat opens from the Help button in the top header, which carries the same unread dot. See Mobile Navigation.
What it knows — and what it doesn’t
- It answers questions about how to use SalesControl: features, settings, procedures. If it’s written in the help center, it knows it.
- It cannot see your agency’s data: clients, payments and commissions are not accessible to it. “Why does this payment look like this?” needs a person.
- It gives no legal or tax advice.
- If the guides don’t cover your question, it says so instead of making an answer up.
It replies in the language you use the app in: Italian draws on the Italian guides, every other language on the English ones — always citing the original links.
Talking to a person
There is no button: just ask in the chat — “I’d like to talk to a person” works, in any language. The assistant hands the conversation to the support team, confirms it in chat, and goes quiet from then on: a person replies. Whether the assistant comes back afterwards is the support team’s call.
Two situations alert the team on their own: if the assistant is unavailable for a technical reason (“The AI assistant is currently unavailable — I’ve alerted our support team, they’ll reply here.”), or if the conversation has reached the limit of 30 AI replies per day. In both cases the team is alerted and no message goes unanswered.
The assistant reads exactly these pages: when the help center is updated, so is it.
