Account Suspended
If you see the Account suspended notice when you open SalesControl, your agency’s account has been suspended by SalesControl. This is rare and only happens by a decision of SalesControl, for example for a violation of the Terms: a failed payment or a cancellation never suspends the account (see Grace Period and the Free Plan). Your data is safe and nothing is deleted.
What you see
- Instead of the app, the full-screen Account suspended notice appears, and it can’t be closed. Every user of the agency sees it, and so do clients who sign in to the portal.
- The notice shows the support contact, info@salescontrol.app, and the Log Out button.
- If the account is suspended while the app is open, the notice appears at your next action or when you come back to the browser tab.
What an admin can do
- Admins also see the Subscription button in the notice: it opens the Subscription page with the plan, the renewal and the payments. Back returns to the notice.
- Paying or changing plan does not reactivate the account: only SalesControl can lift the suspension.
- To find out why the account is suspended or to ask for it to be reactivated, write to info@salescontrol.app.
What stops during the suspension
- Changes — nobody can create, edit or delete data: clients, leads, payments, contracts, settings, files.
- Automations — emails and notifications, reminders, automatic chat messages, contract flows, calendar and call recording sync.
- Public links — booking pages, contract signing and client portal links can’t be reached.
- Data coming in from webhooks — leads, notes and events sent by your CRM or by GoHighLevel are not recorded.
- Billing of your subscription — SalesControl pauses it: invoices for the suspended period are not charged.
Payments from your clients through Stripe are still recorded, without emails or notifications, so no payment is lost. A suspended account is never deleted for inactivity.
When the account is reactivated
Everything resumes on its own: the app is back as before, automations restart and the subscription billing resumes. Reminders whose date passed during the suspension are not sent late.
If a client or a colleague tells you about the notice, there is nothing to redo: after the reactivation the data is the same as before the suspension.
